I purchased worms for a farm from a supplier other than Uncle Bobs. They ripped me off. Sent me only a few worms in soil. And my farm performed poorly. Recently I purchased 2 packs of worms from Uncle Bobs. They arrived promptly. In perfect condition. And exactly as advertised. They love my farm. And the farm Is now working well. Producing good poo for the garden. And worms are multiplying in good numbers. I can recommend Uncle Bobs worms very highly.
I live in another part of the country and have ordered 2 lots of worms now - both arrived on courier in perfect condition. The first lot had an additional courier delay of about 2 days longer than normal, but the worms were fine. Definitely recommended!
Heaps of worms, from young to adult, plus they came with some worm bedding which was very helpful for our new farm.
I recently purchased two packs of worms and picked them up from Hungry Worms in Christchurch. they generously gave me a complimentary container of worm fertilizer. They arrived in great condition (I had to leave them in their travel container for one day before I had the opportunity to build my worm farm, and they coped with this very well). It takes a few weeks before they start eating heaps and I noticed this week they are really starting to eat a lot. I have covered the compost with a layer of wool to keep them nice and warm during frost. I look forward harvesting worm juice. Thanks guys!
